Drwy fabwysiadu\u2019r dull arloesol a rhesymegol hwn o reoli a chyflawni prosiectau rydym yn hyrwyddo <a href=\"https:\/\/futuregenerations.wales\/cy\/about-us\/future-generations-act\/\">\u2018Deddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol (Cymru) 2015\u2019<\/a>\u00a0Llywodraeth Cymru a ddaeth yn gyfraith fis Ebrill 2016.<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Yn ystod oes KESS 2 rydym yn cynllunio i weithio drwy broses o ddysgu gweithredol er mwyn gwella ein dealltwriaeth o beth yw gwir ystyr cynaliadwyedd a llesiant i ni a\u2019n partneriaid.\u00a0 Rydym yn frwdfrydig iawn am bartneru gydag eraill sy\u2019n rhannu\u2019r un weledigaeth ac sydd ar daith debyg.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/kess2.ac.uk\/cy\/staff-profiles\/#Penny\">Penny Dowdney<\/a>\u00a0sy\u2019n arwain ar yr agenda Gynhaliadwyedd\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/kess2.ac.uk\/cy\/sustainability\/experts\/\">gyda th\u00eem o arbenigwyr o Brifysgol Bangor<\/a>\u00a0ochr yn ochr \u00e2 holl randdeiliaid a thimau KESS 2. Mae KESS 2 yn brosiect wedi ei ariannu gan\u00a0Gronfa Gymdeithasol\u00a0Ewrop\u00a0(ESF), a dyma\u2019r ffordd o weithio rydym wedi ei ddewis i wneud cyfraniad cadarnhaol tuag at y Them\u00e2u Trawsbynciol.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Mae tair thema drawsbynciol wedi\u2019u diffinio ar gyfer holl brosiectau ESF:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p><strong>\u00b7 Cyfle Cyfartal, Prif Ffrydio Rhywiol a&#8217;r Iaith Gymraeg<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00b7 Datblygu Cynaliadwy<\/strong><br \/>\n<strong>\u00b7 Mynd i&#8217;r Afael \u00e2 Thlodi ac Allg\u00e1u Cymdeithasol<\/strong><\/p>\n<h3><strong>Gellir dod a phob un ohonynt ynghyd yn yr Un Egwyddor Datblygu Cynaliadwy.<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p style=\"text-align: left;\"><div id=\"accordion-2\" class=\"accordion no-js\" role=\"tablist\" aria-multiselectable=\"true\"><h2 id=\"accordion-2-t1\" class=\"accordion-title\" role=\"tab\" aria-controls=\"accordion-2-c1\" aria-selected=\"false\" aria-expanded=\"false\" tabindex=\"0\"  data-initialstate=\"closed\"><strong>Un <\/strong>Egwyddor Datblygiad Cynaliadwy<\/h2><div id=\"accordion-2-c1\" class=\"accordion-content\" role=\"tabpanel\" aria-labelledby=\"accordion-2-t1\" aria-hidden=\"true\"><\/p>\n<h1 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #b9006a;\"><strong>Un\u00a0Egwyddor Datblygiad Cynaliadwy<\/strong><\/span><\/h1>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Mae KESS 2 a KESS 2 Dwyrain yn defnyddio yr <strong>Un Egwyddor Datblygiad Cynaliadwy<\/strong> o Ddeddf Llesiant Cenedlaethau\u2019r Dyfodol fel ein canllaw cyffredinol:<\/p>\n<div style=\"background: #3f3e3e; padding: 10px;\">\n<h3 style=\"text-align: center;\"><span style=\"color: #ffffff;\">Mae\u2019n rhaid i ni weithredu mewn modd sy\u2019n ceisio sicrhau bod anghenion y presennol yn cael eu cyflawni heb amharu ar allu cenedlaethau\u2019r dyfodol i gyflawni eu hanghenion nhw.<\/span><\/h3>\n<\/div>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">Wrth ddylunio prosiect mae\u2019n bwysig ystyried effaith posib ein penderfyniadau ar y bobl sy\u2019n byw yng Nghymru ar hyn o bryd ac yn y dyfodol.
