Er y cyfraddau ymateb uchel i ADT (therapi amddifadiad androgen) mewn cleifion canser y prostad datblygedig, mae bron pob un yn datblygu canser CRPC yn y pen draw.\u00a0 Y brif driniaeth i ganser CRPC yw cemotherapi neu ADT, ond gwael iawn yw\u2019r lefel goroesi.
